Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor from the United States. His first appearance on television, Evans played parts including Opposite sex in 2000. The actor gained acclaim for his performance as Human Torch, the Marvel Comics character in Fantastic Four (2007) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2008). Evans was also featured in film adaptations based on comic books, such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2003). Evans gained more attention for his role as Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Captain America: Civil War as well as the ensemble film The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). He was able to become one of the top-paid actors around the globe because of his work for the Marvel series.
